What are the requirements?

• Original Passport

• Tourist Visa Extension Receipts (if you’ve extended since your latest arrival)

• Copy of your ACR I-Card, front and back (if available and valid)

• Payment (Payment instructions and options will be provided along with the quote)

How long does the visa extension take?

Our standard processing takes 5 business days, excluding shipping and delivery time. For those who need it faster, we offer an optional 1-day processing service for an additional ₱500.

How much does the service cost?

We are transparent to our clients. Our service fee is ₱1,500, excluding mailing or courier fees. If you’re within our pick-up and delivery zones, we’ll handle your passport safely through our trusted courier partners. Immigration fees are not included.

What areas are covered for pick-up and delivery?

✅ Free within Cebu City

✅ Additional ₱250 flat-rate for outside Cebu City, including:

• Mandaue City

• Talisay City

• Lapu-Lapu City (Mactan Island)

• Liloan (north boundary for pick-up and delivery)

• Minglanilla (south boundary for pick-up and delivery)

• Busay (west boundary for pick-up and delivery)

📦 For areas beyond the locations above (e.g., Danao, San Fernando, Consolacion) and for islands like Camotes, Bantayan, Malapascua, Olango, etc. documents will be sent and returned via LBC, preferably for branch office pick-up. Trusted Carrier in the Philippines.

What are the additional costs?

Free Pick-up and Delivery within Cebu City. For those outside the free delivery zone, additional costs will apply. See below.

• ₱250 — Flat-rate for pick-up/delivery outside Cebu City

• Courier return fees (based on your location and preferred courier)

• ₱500 — Optional 1-day processing (excluding shipping)

How will I know if my extension is done?

You’ll receive an update once your visa extension has been approved and your passport is ready for delivery or pick-up.
